Redispersible polymer (RDP)is a dry mortar additive/powder binder made from a specially formulated emulsion (high molecular weight polymer) through spray drying. This powder can quickly redisperse into an emulsion upon contact with water, retaining the same properties as the initial emulsion; that is, it forms a film after water evaporation, exhibiting high flexibility, high weather resistance, and high adhesion to various substrates.
