一、Improve bonding strength. Material selection: Using cement-based inorganic cementitious materials (such as white cement accounting for 35%-40%) with redispersible latex powder (EVA powder, content 4.5%) can significantly enhance adhesion.

    Curing Techniques: After application, apply water spray or roller coating to promote cement hydration and enhance strength.

Primer Treatment: Use a clear sealer primer (which can be diluted with water for enhanced penetration) instead of a tinted primer. Avoid application in direct sunlight to ensure penetration into the base layer.

二、Enhanced Flexibility: Formula Optimization: Calcium Carbonate (50%) and Talc (10%) are added as fillers, combined with Glue Powder (4.5%) to form an elastic network that adapts to thermal expansion and contraction of the wall surface.

Additives: HPMC Cellulose (0.3%) is added to improve smooth application and crack resistance after hardening.

Testing Standard: Ensure the putty can be bent into a 100mm arc without cracking, and that the adhesion strength is ≥ 0.6 MPa.

三、Reduce Water Absorption: Hydrophobic Materials: Add special organic admixtures (such as hydrophobic redispersible latex powder) to reduce water penetration.

Layered Application: Each layer should be ≤1mm thick, with a minimum interval of 4 hours to prevent internal moisture retention.

Interface Treatment: Apply an interface agent to seal highly absorbent substrates to reduce water absorption in the putty layer.
