What is cement-based putty powder？

Cement-based putty powder primarily uses cement (white cement) as an inorganic gel material, combined with heavy calcium carbonate, lime calcium carbonate, and various polymer additives such as redispersible latex powder and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, all formulated according to a scientific formula. Cement-based putty powder offers excellent water resistance, weather resistance, high strength, and strong adhesion. However, cement-based putty powder is rough and difficult to polish, resulting in poor decorative effects. Generally, cement-based putty powder is used for exterior walls, while gypsum-based putty powder and lime calcium-based putty powder are used for interior walls.

Cement-based putty has high strength, poor polishability, low whiteness and fineness (it is definitely not suitable for surface polishing), and slightly weak alkalinity; lime-lime putty has medium strength (relative to cement-based and 821), medium polishability (depending on the lime-lime content, the same content should be softer than cement), high whiteness, high fineness, easy to obtain a smooth surface, and slightly strong alkalinity.
